Connor’s Great Shape Escape – Book Review

Connor’s great shape escape by Paul Wrangler

The story is about a little boy who loves drawing shapes. His dad decides to take him out for a day at the harbour with the intention of giving Connor a break from all his shape-drawings.Connor then manages to surprise his parents when the day is over

This is a perfect story for my 4 year old. My son loved the illustrations, they are colourful and engaging. The story is cute but what I really liked was that it encourages the concept of looking for shapes in everyday objects. The activity center at the end of the book is a wonderful idea to finish off a story. It encourages the child to remember the story. It reinforces the shapes and colours that are found throughout the story.

I received a free copy of this book from Toddlerfun to review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

God Bless
