There is just do many things running through my head at the moment. The week’s school was put on hold just about because each of us are sick. Am sure/hoping to be better by the end of the weekend and have a snot free house! There has been so many posts lately, about circle time! [...] Elijah is 46.5 months Jessica is 8.5 months
After a long weekend and facing a short week I am slightly late in posting. Last week was really hectic with some last play-days with the cousins, a bit of a trip taking Family to the airport, hosting a baby shower for [...] We love penguins. Never seen one in real life, but as we are Linux (Ubuntu) users TUX is a friend in our home and after Elijah watched surfs up and happy feet, well it never ends! His second birthday was a penguin party too! Our latest visit to the library was a case of “the [...] Just signed up for this free online workshop! Actually quite excited about it. Most projects I have tackled have been a disaster! Will keep you updated! God Bless Last year after the homeschool expo, I was called up and told we won this book. I needed the lady to post it and after a long while she remembered. I received this on Saturday. A very cute book. Each page adds a new colour ribbon and eventually you have the pop-up rainbow. I have so many plans in my head but together with many questions. Not all related. Elijah will be moving from totschool soon and together with the move will come more challenges. Structure being the foremost. Elijah loves [...] My very Tiny Tot – 8 months is a mover…started leopard crawling at 5 months, crawled properly at 6 months and standing a 7months. She walk along furniture already – slowly though. Yesterday i took out the music box…a bucket filled with every rattle, shaker, whistle and drum we own. Where we live. We discussed the parts of a house, the shapes too. What rooms were inside. What we did in those rooms… [...] I really liked how this project developed. We read the Squirrel poem a few times, I asked Elijah if he wanted to colour a squirrel – he wanted to paint instead…after we set up he remembered acorns he had collected at his Oupa’s (grandfather) house.
